1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any service from LIVEIN48 LTD (trading as “LIVEIN48”), company number 17343423, registered in England and Wales, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Services

LIVEIN48 provides professional website design and business email setup for small businesses. The following is included in each package:

  • Starter (£199 one-time): Custom-designed website, professional business email, mobile-responsive design, 2 free revisions, delivered within 48 hours, hosting and SSL included for the first year.

  • Pro (£399 one-time): A 3-page professional website, 2 business email address setups, contact and booking forms, basic SEO setup, 3 free revisions, and hosting and SSL included for the first year.

  • Care Plan (£29/month add-on): Hosting and SSL, 5 website content edits per month, and email support with site monitoring.

3. The 48-Hour Delivery Commitment

We guarantee to deliver your completed website within 48 hours of you submitting your completed brief (the “Tell Us About Your Website” step in our checkout process) — regardless of the day or time.

  • The 48-hour clock starts the moment you complete Step 3 (“Tell Us About Your Website”) of the get-started process and submit your brief with all required information filled in.

  • The 48-hour window runs continuously — including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. There are no business-hours restrictions on delivery.

  • Timelines may be affected if you provide incomplete information or delay supplying required assets such as logos, images, or copy. We will notify you promptly if this impacts your delivery.

  • If we fail to deliver within 48 hours for reasons within our control, you may request a rescheduled delivery date or a partial refund by contacting support@livein48.com.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of free revision rounds. A revision is a single round of feedback submitted in one email. Additional rounds are available at an agreed rate. Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Starter: 2 free revision rounds

  • Pro: 3 free revision rounds

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in GBP (£). By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the full amount shown at the time of purchase. For the Care Plan, you authorise a recurring monthly charge of £29 until you cancel.

6. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, unless you have expressly requested that we begin work immediately.

Waiver of cancellation right: Because we begin work as soon as you submit the “Tell Us About Your Website” step, by submitting it you expressly consent to us commencing the service before the 14-day cancellation period ends. You acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel before submitting the “Tell Us About Your Website” step, contact us at support@livein48.com within 14 days for a full refund.

7. Care Plan — Cancellation

The Care Plan is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@livein48.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing month. Hosting and SSL are included free for the first year on every package regardless of the Care Plan. After the first year, continued hosting requires an active Care Plan; alternatively, you may request that we hand over your website files so you can host the site independently at no ongoing cost to us.

8. Refunds

Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Full refund if you cancel before submitting the “Tell Us About Your Website” step.

  • No refund is available once you have submitted the “Tell Us About Your Website” step, as this is when work begins.

  • No refund once the completed website has been delivered, except where the service materially fails to match the agreed description.

  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repeat performance or a price reduction if a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill.

9. Domain Registration

Where a domain is included or purchased as part of your order, it is registered in your name. You are the domain owner. Annual renewal fees apply from the second year and are billed to you at cost, regardless of whether you hold an active Care Plan. We are not liable for the loss of a domain due to non-renewal.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of your website, all rights to the design and content we create for you transfer to you. You retain all rights to content, logos, and materials you supply. By submitting materials you confirm you are authorised to use them and grant us licence to incorporate them into your site. We reserve the right to feature your completed website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. Client Responsibilities

To enable on-time delivery, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information in the “Tell Us About Your Website” step; supply required assets promptly; respond to feedback requests in a timely manner; and ensure all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIVEIN48 LTD’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of business or revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
